Below you'll find the complete parts list with pricing and CAD model of my CNC Router design. I've set up a couple survey questions below to help my track the number of downloads as my service provider does not track this well. Version History:
v0.3 - 08/06/2016
This will likely be the last CAD version I post of the existing design as I consider the proto build 'complete' now. After this version I'll start working on a true v1.0 which will deviate from my actual build by incorporating all the lessons learned and using 'standard' component choices. v1.0 will be a final recommended build with complete plans etc.

First release. Just enough complete to run some initial testing and first cuts.
v0.3 - 08/06/2016

- Added Enclosure & table axis protection cover for rails and screw.
- Modified Home & Limit switches of X table axis to accommodate protection cover.
- Changed pulley ratio on all axis to improve performance - increased axis speed to 280 IPM rapids & 220 IPM cutting (was 150/110). This new ratio also allows easy swap with SERVO motor alternative which will allow 370 IPM rapids and 350 IPM cutting.
- Added electrical hardware - elect. enclosure with basic layout inside.
- Move z-axis non moving geometry up ~1" - I was too low in original design because I was paranoid about stiffness in this area.
- Create sub-assemblies in CAD stp file to separate out main sub-sections.... doing this to prep for v1.0 configurable build (varying size with different options).
- Added Mist Coolant system - a modified Wesco mist system with Noga articulating arm.
- Fixed Cable Tray bend radius.
- Changed Fixture Plate hole pattern layout.
v0.2 - 11/23/2015 (Current)
- Added Home and Limit switches to x,y,z axis
- Changed x,y Anti Backlash design from Smalley springs to Disc Springs
- Finalized X-Table Fixture plate layout

Feel free to view, use, modify anything you see here.... The only thing I request is to attribute "Wade'O Design" to modified versions of this work. I've looked into some Open source hardware licenses to apply and will likely apply one of these to this documentation... For now I'm going to simply say it's Open Source Hardware and add the association logo.... the final documentation package will likely include either the CERN or TAPR License which both indicate 'open source' and 'copy left'.
